Intro To Yoga Class
2 Hour class designed for complete beginners. Introduces you to basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and some yoga philosophy. Providing a foundation for further yoga practice in our basics class.

Basics Class
Continued basic yoga practice for students, focusing on posture alignment, relaxation and breathing.
All classes are casual and ongoing so there is no need to book for any yoga class listed on the weekly timetable.
Open
A class for students who want to extend their yoga practice. Structured to demonstrate intermediate to advanced options. Some previous yoga experience in necessary.
Restorative Yoga
A class designed for those who wish to maintain a more
gentle practice, or are recovering from injury or illness.
Students are shown how to modify and adapt postures to suit their particular needs.
All classes are casual and ongoing so there is no need to book for any yoga class listed on the weekly timetable.
Pre-Natal Yoga
A supportive class for pregnancy, to increase body awareness and strength, reduce stress and tension, also an opportunity to relieve common pregnancy ailments, and enjoy the journey of pregnancy with other new Mums.
We encourage you to advise your Doctor that you are planning on starting a pre natal yoga class.
If you have not regularly practiced yoga before you became pregnant, it is advised to begin classes in your second semester.
Yoga for Kids
This class has been temporarily put on hold due to a lack of enrolements.
We will hopefully start the classes some time in 2009.
A non stop adventure that is jam packed with yoga poses, breathing, some valuable lessons, and even some relaxation.
