Deborah Bell
Deb is very interested in the theraputic and restorative powers of yoga. Throughout her years of yoga practice, Deb has developed and approach to teaching which emphasizes the importance of appropriate practice for each individual student.

Penny Paton
"Yoga enables me to feel grounded and centered and to look with more equanimity on life." Penny has been practicing yoga for 15 years and feels really blessed that she found the right teacher for her at the very beginning of her yoga journey, and still to this day is practising yoga with her very first teacher.Penny's teaching encompasses a range of yoga styles from restorative to more dynamic practices. "Yoga is for everyone- postures can be modified so that all students can enjoy and benefit from them wherever they are in their yoga journey."Penny is a qualified and accredited yoga teacher, gaining a diploma from IYTA (International Yoga Teachers Association).

Ali King
"I like to encourage my students to tune into the wisdom of their own body, because every ones journey in life is an individual experience and when we still the mind and listen to our true selves, that is where the magic of yoga takes place. I am really grateful that I have the opportunity to share my love of yoga with others." Ali sees life as a journey and yoga as a life long journey, where we are constantly learning, discovering and re-discovering. Ali has been practising yoga for about 7 years, she holds a teaching diploma from IYTA (International Yoga Teachers Association).

Robyn Henwood

Robyn discovered yoga at the age of 17, but began a more formal practice 7 years ago and recently achieving her teaching qualifications with IYTA in 2007. Robyn regularly attends a variety of yoga workshops around

Ali Eastland
“ I love having a way of life that is nurturing and balancing on all levels. I’m interested in how the ethics of non-violence & responsibility in yoga extend not only to ourselves but also to our planet. To me yoga offers balance – mentally, emotionally, spiritually, as well as physically.” Ali has a special interest in yoga for back care, due to her own journey in discovering how yoga could assist her to rehabilitate from cronic back pain.

Abby Ward
Abby's journey has included many different teachers and styles of yoga asana all over the world. Abby believes that each individual must honor their path in life whatever that may be in order to fully embrace the true teachings of yoga. Adapting yoga's many varied styles and philosophies in a practical way
for modern day living is at the core of Abby's style. Ultimately, yoga should enhance your life, opening the heart and mind allowing a flowering to occur. Abby is currently undertaking a course in Traditional Yoga Studies developed by Georg Feuerstein – one of the foremost authorities on Yogic
philosophy in the West today.

Kristie Mariani
Kristie has been practicing yoga for 10 years. Kristie came to yoga with an interest in looking after her health and wellbeing, and she found herself a passion. Now teaching, Kristie loves to share the joy of yoga, and continues with delight the never ending journey of discovery and learning with yoga in her life.
